HD are currently providing Project Management and Development Management Services for the delivery of 438 new private homes on an old brownfield steelworks site in Bellshill, North Lanarkshire. Our role includes managing programme, project costs, overseeing the planning application, managing the remediation and delivering a sales contract to a volume house builder.
